1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and sk333 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the sk333 website, mobile platform, gaming services, and related features available at sk333.vip. sk333 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence (EDD) on any account at any time. This may include requesting additional documentation to verify the source of deposited funds. Accounts under EDD review may have deposits and withdrawals temporarily restricted pending the outcome of the review. This process exists to protect the integrity of the platform and the safety of all players.

5Bonuses and Promotions

sk333 offers various bonus and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the specific terms of that promotion. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a competent court where necessary to protect their rights pending resolution of the dispute.
